Titans' C.J. Ravenell: Questionable for Sunday vs. Texans
Ravenell (ankle) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game versus Houston, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
After missing practice Wednesday, Ravenell was able to manage limited sessions Thursday and Friday, giving him a shot to play in Week 11. If he can't suit up Sunday, however, veteran Shy Tuttle could be in line for increased work on the defensive line.

Titans' Arden Key: Chane to return Week 11
Key (quadriceps) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Texans, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Key missed the Titans' last four games due to a quadriceps injury he sustained against the Cardinals in Week 5. The Week 10 bye gave him additional time to progress in his recovery, and he was a limited participant in all three practices during Week 11 prep. If Key is cleared to play in Sunday's AFC South tilt, that would mean less defensive snaps at outside linebacker would be available for Truman Jones and Jaylen Harrell.

Titans' Jeffery Simmons: Officially questionable for Week 11
Simmons (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Texans, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Simmons ended the week with back-to-back limited practices, and he has a chance to return Sunday from a two-game absence due to a hamstring injury he sustained against the Patriots in Week 7. His return would mean less defensive snaps would be available for the likes of James Lynch, Shy Tuttle and C.J. Ravenell (ankle). Simmons' status for Sunday's AFC South tilt may not be officially known until the Titans announce their list of inactive players approximately 90 minutes before the 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.

Titans' Calvin Ridley: Questionable for Sunday
Ridley (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Texans, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Ridley has missed three consecutive games, but following the Titans' Week 10 bye, the wideout logged limited practices Wednesday through Friday, which gives him a chance to return to action this weekend. Fortunately for those considering Ridley in Week 11 fantasy lineups, Tennessee kicks off at 1:00 p.m. ET on Sunday. If Ridley is limited or out versus Houston, however, Chimere Dike, Elic Ayomanor and Van Jefferson would be in line to continue to see added WR opportunities.

Okonkwo (foot) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Texans, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Okonkwo was limited in all three of Tennessee's practices coming out of a Week 10 bye, but his status for Sunday's game isn't in doubt. Rookie fourth-round pick Gunnar Helm has been pushing Okonkwo for playing time, and the Titans may generally struggle to move the ball against a Houston defense that's allowing a league-low 16.7 points per game.

Despite logging two consecutive limited practice sessions to begin the week, Oliver will miss his eighth consecutive game as he continues to recover from a knee injury. Okonkwo has been limited in each of Tennessee's first practices of Week 11, meaning Friday will be his final opportunity to upgrade his activity level. As long as Okonkwo is able to again handle at least limited reps Friday, though, it stands to reason he'll be able to play through his foot injury versus the Texans on Sunday. He toughed out the issue Week 9 versus the Chargers, after which the Titans benefited from a bye.
