  • Bengals' Trey Hendrickson: Frustrated with silence from Cincy

Hendrickson released a statement Monday expressing disappointment in the fact that "no communication has taken place" between his representatives and the Bengals since the 2025 NFL Draft, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Hendrickson's statement makes clear his frustration at the current lack of negotiations regarding a long-term extension with Cincinnati, and specifies that "the offers prior to the draft did not reflect the vision we shared and were promised last offseason if I continued to play at a high level." Relations between the standout pass rusher, who is coming off back-to-back 17.5-sack seasons, and the Bengals are clearly on the trajectory of continual decline. In the wake of the team's decision to sign both Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins to massive extensions this offseason, and to select defensive end Shemar Stewart in the first round of April's draft, it's increasingly difficult to envision a scenario in which Hendrickson suits up for Cincinnati beyond the 2025 season, in which he's set to play out the final year of his current contract on a $15.8 million base salary.

  • Bengals' Eric Gregory: Signing with Cincinnati

The Bengals signed Gregory as an undrafted free agent Friday.

Gregory will get his first opportunity as a pro in 2025 after spending six seasons at the collegiate level, all at Arkansas. He broke out in 2024, recording 42 tackles (17 solo) including 3.0 sacks. There's some reason to believe those numbers were boosted by his age advantage though, and the fact he's set to turn 25 in September will now be considered a detriment to an extent.

  • Bengals' Howard Cross: Gets picked up by Cincy

The Bengals signed Cross as an undrafted free agent Friday.

Cross enters the league with more experience under his belt than most after spending six years at Notre Dame. His last season with the Fighting Irish was his most productive as a pass rusher, as he managed to collect 4.0 sacks. He'll now have to battle for a spot on Cincinnati's final roster on the interior of its defensive line.

  • Bengals' Quali Conley: Getting chance with Cincinnati

The Bengals signed Conley as an undrafted free agent Friday.

After a strong year at San Jose State the year prior, Conley transferred to Arizona for his senior season. With the Wildcats, he toted 150 carries for 745 yards and eight touchdowns, adding 39 catches for 245 yards and a touchdown through the air. Now he'll be competing for a depth spot in a backfield headlined by Chase Brown and Zack Moss.

  • Bengals' Caleb Etienne: Links up with Cincy

The Bengals signed Etienne as an undrafted free agent Friday.

Etienne played his first two collegiate seasons at Oklahoma State before transferring to BYU for his last two years. Officially listed at 6-foot-7, 329 pounds, he'll bring a massive physical presence to Cincinnati's training camp if nothing else. He'll be competing for a depth spot at tackle behind projected starters and fellow giants Orlando Brown and Amarius Mims.
