Herro (hip) has been listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Hornets.
After a poor performance in Friday's loss to the Rockets, Herro popped up on the injury report for the Heat on Saturday. The talented scorer is dealing with a left hip contusion, which could ultimately rule him out Sunday against Charlotte. If Herro is ruled out, Miami will likely turn to Davion Mitchell, Terry Rozier and Alec Burks to help shoulder the load in the backcourt.

While he has been a serviceable addition to the Miami roster, it's fair to say things are not looking up in South Beach.

In his return from a seven-game absence due to a low back strain, Burks made his way back into the Miami rotation, replacing Terry Rozier. He didn't provide much of a scoring boost off the bench, and Burks could be at risk of seeing his minutes get cut down a bit if Andrew Wiggins (lower leg) is able to play in the Heat's next game Friday versus the Rockets.

Adebayo finished Wednesday's 116-113 loss to the Pistons with 30 points (12-24 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 4-4 FT), nine rebounds, eight assists, one block and one steal over 37 minutes.
Adebayo was one rebound and two assists shy of tallying his third triple-double of the season. The 27-year-old center also bounced back offensively after failing to score 20 points in each of his previous four outings. Adebayo simultaneously continues to be one of the league's best defenders, as he has now recorded at least one steal and one block 21 times in 2024-25.

Herro ended Wednesday's 116-113 loss to Detroit with 29 points (10-20 FG, 3-9 3Pt, 6-6 FT), four rebounds and three assists across 37 minutes.
Herro bounced back from a relatively cold stretch, as he had failed to reach the 20-point mark in his last three appearances while making just 44.4 percent of his shots over that span, with an impressive outing Wednesday. Herro has reached the 20-point plateau in seven of his 10 appearances this month, so even if he's had a few subpar outings, he remains a key player for Miami on offense.
