Rays' Osleivis Basabe: Returns from Triple-A IL

Triple-A Durham reinstated Basabe (wrist) from the 7-day injured list Friday, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Basabe has been shelved for most of this season after suffering a fractured right wrist back in mid-April, but he's ready to play for Durham again after completing a 12-game rehab assignment in the rookie-level Florida Complex League affiliate, during which he posted a .945 OPS. posting a .945 OPS and a 9:1 BB:K.
