Athletics' Austin Adams: Re-evaluated after setback

Adams is no longer scheduled to begin a rehab assignment after suffering a setback with his right forearm injury, Martin Gallegos of MLB.com reports.

Adams has been sent back to Oakland to be re-evaluated. He's already missed nearly a month of action and now the remainder of his season looks to be in jeopardy, pending results of his exam.
